Finding Ease with Stress and Anxiety

A gentle weekly class to help you settle your body, soften what you have been carrying, and come home to yourself with awareness and kindness.

🌿 Welcome

If life has felt like a lot lately, you are not alone.

There are times when the mind keeps moving, the body feels tight, and even rest does not quite feel like rest. You may notice tension staying with you through the day, or a quiet weight that is hard to put down.

This class is a warm and steady place to pause.

Together, we slow down in simple ways. We begin with the body — noticing breath, sensation, and small movements that help you reconnect and feel a bit more grounded. From there, we gently bring awareness to the mind and heart, learning how to meet stress and anxiety with more space and care.

You do not need to arrive calm.
You are welcome exactly as you are.

🌿 What Makes This Space Unique

This is not about fixing yourself or trying to get rid of anything.

We practice:

  • coming back to the body in a gentle, non-judging way

  • simple somatic awareness and small movements to help you feel more settled

  • allowing your experience to be here, without needing to push it away

Over time, many people begin to feel:

  • a little more at home in their body

  • a growing sense of steadiness, even when things are not perfect

  • a quiet trust that they can meet their experience with kindness

🌿 What You Can Expect

  • A gentle arrival and grounding practice

  • Simple, relatable teaching for everyday life

  • Guided meditation to help you settle and reconnect

  • Support in meeting stress and anxiety with more steadiness and compassion

  • A space where you do not have to perform or have it all together

🌿 Who This Class Is For

This class is for anyone who feels overwhelmed, tight, restless, or tired from holding too much for too long.

It is especially supportive if you are looking for:

  • a gentle and steady place to land

  • a way to reconnect with your body without judgment

  • a more kind and workable relationship with stress and anxiety

🌿 Join the Class

Come for a single class, continue with a class pack, or join the membership if you would like a steady place to return to each week.
