🌿 One-on-One Sessions

A gentle space to come home to yourself

Sometimes what we need is not more effort…
but a space where we can slow down, be met, and begin to see ourselves more clearly.

In these one-on-one sessions, we take time to listen beneath the surface — to the thoughts, emotions, and patterns that are moving through your life. With mindfulness and the Satir growth model, we gently explore what may be living underneath: the longings, the expectations, the parts of you that have been trying to be heard.

There is nothing to fix here.

Instead, we bring curiosity, awareness, and kindness to what is already present.
And from there, something begins to soften and shift naturally.

Together, we’ll explore:

  • the patterns that keep repeating

  • the emotions that feel hard to hold alone

  • the deeper needs and wishes underneath

  • and ways to relate to yourself with more understanding and care

Over time, many people begin to feel:

  • more at ease in their own body and mind

  • less caught in self-judgment

  • more clarity in relationships

  • and a quiet sense of coming back to themselves

Using mindfulness and the Satir model, I meet you with curiosity and care.
Together, we gently explore the expectations and longings beneath thoughts, emotions, and behaviors — bringing in a sense of being seen, understood, and supported.

As these parts are met with awareness and compassion, change often happens in a natural and lasting way.

去感受那些在生活中流動的想法、情緒與慣性模式。
透過正念與薩提爾成長模式,我們溫柔地探索在更深處的部分——
