10 Weekly Drop-In Meditation Session with Caroline and Mary-Ann

Friday Mornings: from 9 am to 9:30 am PT (Presently Online)

These silent meditations are open to meditators for all levels.

There is some guidance in the beginning and throughout the sit. In the end,

we conclude with a short loving-kindness practice.

Session Guidelines

✳️ When you join the zoom room, please make sure you are muted.

✳️ If you wish, come early to get settled and greet each other prior to the sittings.

✳️ Silence or turn off all phones, and beeping devices.

✳️ After the meditation, please feel free to stay, leave, or ask questions about the meditation practice.

Leading Teacher
Caroline Chang
is a mom, an international speaker, and a certified yoga and mindfulness meditation teacher. She practices meditation since 2005 and has been on many silent retreats. She loves to find new ways to practice loving and expanding herself, including reading books and spiritual travels. She believes we are all walking together on the path of self-discovery and is thrilled to have opportunities to share and serve with communities.

Mary-Ann Enthoven
Mary-Ann is a Certified Mindfulness Meditation Teacher.She has been practicing since 2003. As the founder and teacher of YOGADA studio in Montreal, Mary-Ann has been instrumental in providing classes and resources for individuals to enhance their lives with mindful movement and meditation’s many benefits. Her teachings are leaning more and more towards nature-based practices as doorways to ease the mind and find peace.
