How to experience oneness 如何體驗一體?

Q: I've always wanted to learn more and experience oneness to a greater extent. I'm curious to know if oneness can be continually expanded through practice.
In our everyday lives, we encounter many dualities, such as right/wrong, win/lose, taking advantage/being taken advantage of, and so on. How can we easily dissolve these divisions and achieve a sense of oneness?
A: The practice and experience of oneness can be approached in various ways.
For instance, in our classes, we engage in several exercises that allow us to experience oneness through meditation in different ways. Eckhart Tolle also provides many examples of experiencing oneness, like observing a flower or feeling your hand. There are numerous methods, and recently, I've been exploring Dr. Connirae Andreas' "The Wholeness Work," which combines a technique for dissolving the 'I' inspired by Ramana Maharshi with Neuro-linguistic programming (NLP).
As for dissolving duality in our everyday lives, the simplest approach, based on my own experience, is to pause. When you pause at the moment you realize you're categorizing things as good or bad, awareness can shift your perception of what's good and bad. Even when distinctions exist, recognizing them and acknowledging, "Ah, I now understand that I consider this to be very right!" can significantly reduce dualistic thinking in that moment.
Realizing that you don't want to lose, that you want to win, or that you don't desire either outcome are all valuable insights. I encourage fellow practitioners to share their methods for dissolving duality and striving for oneness.
Methods and experiences may vary among individuals, so it's essential to find an approach that resonates with you.

在平常的入世生活中有很多的二元(對錯/輸贏/佔便宜與吃虧...),如何讓自己更簡易的消融達到一體?
A:一體的實踐和體驗,是可以透過不同方式體驗的。比如說,我們課堂裡,就有練習很多不同用靜心體驗一體的方式,或是托勒也有舉例用看花和感受手去體驗一體。不同的方式很多,我最近在接觸和研究 Dr. Connirae Andreas 的 The Wholeness Work, 是使用 Ramana Maharshi 消融 ”我“ 的方式,搭配NLP(Neuro-linguistic programming)的方式,有空再跟大家分享更多訊息。
生活中的二元,要如何簡易的消融。我自己的經驗,最簡單的方式就是,停在那裡。當暫停在那一個你意識到你分好壞的時候,覺察就會從中改變對好壞的感受。甚至有分別的時候,知道,“啊,原來我覺得這個很對啊!” 這樣也會在當下讓二元變淡許多。知道自己不想要輸,知道自己想要贏,或是察覺知道自己沒有想要輸或贏,都是很珍貴的看見。
大家的經驗和上手的方式都可能不一樣。找出自己最適用的方式也是很重要的。
