One simple practice that can help you to be mindful of signs of being overwhelmed by emotions and provide methods to cultivate daily activities to gain clarity with your feelings and thoughts. These exercises will lower anxiety, pain, stress, and depression and increase creativity, resilience, belonging, and happiness in life.
I used to be drawn by emotions a lot in my daily life, particularly with family, my business, and personal achievements. I found it took too much of my time and energy to soak in the emotional turmoil, which made me unable to connect with my family or myself. Then, I realized just a simple short practice could help me shift the overwhelming to being the owner of my emotions. I have more clarity, more creativity, and more resilience. As it results, I am also happier through the process of practicing this one key practice. I can spend more quality time with my loved ones and increase productivity for things that are important to me. Pausing is such an important gateway for each of us.
