Caroline is a certified mindfulness and certified yoga teacher. She has been practicing meditation since 2005 and began teaching mindfulness courses internationally in 2019. She was a counselor at Suicide Prevention Center, and is currently offering mindfulness mentoring with Satir Iceberg Model.
