After years of trying to understand myself, raising kids, and serving others through business, I practiced many different techniques. Each technique serves its purpose to launch me forward on my journey, and mindfulness practice is the one I kept coming back to.

Just the other day, I asked my 8-year-old autistic son to clean up his toys after finishing playing. He broke down and had a tantrum. Because of my mindfulness practice, I can witness my emotions arising and passing and the thoughts that came afterward. I was able to hold the space for both of us and allowed us to express what need to be expressed. We were able to synchronize, collaborate, and came up with a new solution because I was mindful of my own emotions and thoughts. I applied that awareness to my business, my interaction with my partner and parent, and my own health physically and mentally.

I invite you to join me in practicing awareness of your own emotions and thoughts. It can uplift your life to where you would like to be. With the tools and the awareness of your own mind, you can align with your life force to experience wholehearted well-being.
